Dear Valued Clients and Community,
We’ve recently become aware of a serious issue where email scammers are impersonating Artzap Studio to send out deceptive emails. These emails falsely use our company’s logo, name, and information, often with the intention of scamming recipients or spreading misinformation. We understand that receiving such emails can be alarming, and we want to assure you that we are taking this matter very seriously. Your security and trust are our top priorities.
How to Identify Legitimate Communication from Artzap Studio
To help you distinguish genuine emails from fraudulent ones, please remember this crucial detail:
Artzap Studio will ONLY ever use official email addresses ending with @artzapstudio.com for all our communications.
This means any email claiming to be from Artzap Studio that comes from a generic email provider (like @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @outlook.com, etc.) is NOT from us and should be treated as suspicious. We will never use personal email accounts for official business correspondence, client communication, or billing inquiries.
What These Scammers Might Be Doing
These fraudulent emails might:
- Ask you for personal or sensitive information.
- Request payments to unofficial accounts.
- Contain suspicious links that could lead to malware or phishing sites.
- Make false claims or offers.
What You Should Do If You Receive a Suspicious Email
If you receive an email that looks like it’s from Artzap Studio but doesn’t come from our official @artzapstudio.com domain, or if anything about it seems unusual, please take the following actions immediately:
- DO NOT Click on Any Links or Open Any Attachments: Interacting with these elements could compromise your device or personal information.
- DO NOT Reply to the Email: Engaging with the sender lets them know your email address is active.
- Report Phishing: Most email providers have a “Report Phishing” or “Report Spam” option. Please use this feature to flag suspicious emails. This helps your email provider identify and block similar scams.
- Delete the Email: Once reported, it’s best to remove the email from your inbox.
- Inform Us: While you shouldn’t reply to the scammer, we encourage you to forward the suspicious email to our legitimate support team at inquire@artzapstudio.com. This helps us gather intelligence and take further action.
We are actively working with authorities and taking all necessary steps to address this impersonation and protect our clients. We appreciate your vigilance and cooperation in helping us combat these fraudulent activities.
Thank you for your cooperation!
